Our story
Born from a gap in the market
We started The Residence Co. after seeing how poorly displaced families, travelling contractors, and insurance claimants were being served. Booking platforms are built for tourists — not for people who need a proper home for weeks or months at a time.
We set out to do things differently. Every property in our portfolio is personally selected, inspected, and managed. Every guest gets a real person to speak to — not a chatbot or a call centre. And every stay is backed by the kind of flexibility that life sometimes demands.
Today we manage a growing portfolio of properties across London, Surrey, Essex, and Kent — and we're proud to be the trusted accommodation partner for insurers, loss adjusters, and corporate relocation agents across the UK.
